Continuous and needs-based further education not only promotes individual motivation and expertise, but also contributes to efficiency, dynamics and innovation in the company.


An optimal teaching of further education content is often the choice of the appropriate method and the environment. Depending on the further education content, CorEdu attaches particular importance to the interactive dissemination of further education content, as well as to the testing of learned subjects in the form of case studies, project work as well as planning and role-playing games.

Educational travels

In most of the federal states, employees have the opportunity to be dispersed from their professional activity for a certain amount of time to take part in further education. Approved seminars can be visited during working hours. Depending on the state, the law for such further education in the Berufsbildungsgesetz (law for educational leave), in the Bildungsgesetz (law for the time for education) or in the Bildungsfreistellungsgesetz (law for educational leave).
